PUBLIC PARTICIPATION ON DRAFT MUNICIPAL HEALTH BY-LAW (2026)

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 156(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa 1996, that the draft Municipal Health by-law was approved on 31 August 2026, and will be published for public participation in the Garden Route District Municipality (GRDM) area of jurisdiction.

The above-mentioned document, together with the specified dates and venues for public participation, is available on the GRDM’s website at www.gardenroute.gov.za
